How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance, especially for weddings and larger events. Smaller gatherings may have more flexibility, depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
30+ days before event: Full refund
10–20 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable
10 days or less: No refunds unless the reason is approved -
Can I change my event date?
Yes! One date change is allowed at no cost (subject to availability) if requested 21 days in advance. Additional changes incur a $50 fee.

Who is responsible for damages?
Once setup is complete, the client is responsible for any damage to supplies or items during the service period.
